This annual reference report provides a comprehensive and state-of-the-art assessment on the current state, natural variations, and ongoing changes in the global ocean and marine environments in the face of climate change and anthropogenic threats, particularly for the year 2019.
The second phase of the EU4OceanObs project (2023 – 2027) is funded under the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme through a contribution agreement between the European Research Executive Agency and Mercator Ocean International. The initial project (2021 to 2023) was funded through the Partnership Instrument managed by the European Commission’s Service for Foreign Policy Instruments and implemented by Mercator Ocean International.
