A 5-part workshop series entitled “Global Biogeochemical Argo Fleet: Knowledge to Action” took place over the month of May 2021, co-sponsored by the G7 Future of the Seas and Oceans Initiative (G7 FSOI). Maria Hood heads the EU Coordination of the G7 FSOI Coordination Centre facilitated by EU4OceanObs.  Building on the priorities of the G7 FSOI, the workshop explored applications of a global data-stream from the Biogeochemical-Argo (BGC-Argo) array in fisheries, carbon budget verification, and environmental forecasting.
